In January, during the slow season, I took a job as the photographer, social media coordinator, and webmaster for the Ozark Natural Foods Co-Op in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I don't really have the words to describe how special this place is for long-time residents of Fayetteville. It's a staple of the community and provides a livelihood for hundreds of local farmers. I remember coming here as a kid and being fascinated by the old truck they had in the store.
I worked here for most of the year and got to know the store and everyone who worked there really well. We had such a lovely time. I remember it fondly. These were the last days of the location in Evelyn Hills, before they moved into the location closer to downtown in the old IGA building. Towards the end you can see a few "behind-the-scenes" photos of the new (current) location before it was cleaned up and turned into the beautiful store you see today.
